Sizing help
Every product page has a detailed size chart with measurements. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us your waist, hip, and height — we’ll give you a straight recommendation, not a sales pitch.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Email us immediately. If it hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to adjust. Once the package leaves, we can’t intercept it. You’d need to start a return.
I didn’t get a confirmation or tracking email
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. If it’s not there after 24 hours, email us. We’ll confirm your order status and resend any missing emails.
When is a sold-out item coming back?
Bestsellers restock regularly, but we don’t have firm dates for every style. Use the “Notify Me” button on the product page if available. You’ll get an email the moment it’s back.
How do I care for the fabrics?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Skip the fabric softener — it clogs the technical fibers. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Following this keeps the stretch and shape intact way longer.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet. It’s on the roadmap. If you want to give someone credit, email us and we can work something out manually until the feature launches.
Is a signature required on delivery?
Most orders don’t require a signature. If your order is over $200, we may add signature confirmation for security. The carrier will leave a notice if no one is home.
Do you sell my data?
Never. That’s a hard rule. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we do with your info.
